The candidate should be responsible for engaging with potential students, parents, and other stakeholders through outbound and inbound calls. Your primary goal is to provide information about our institute's programs, answer inquiries, and assist in the enrollment process. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a friendly and persuasive demeanor, and a good understanding of the educational services offered by the institute.

1. Outbound Calls
Initiate outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
Provide detailed information about the institute's programs, courses, and admission procedures.
Answer questions and address concerns to create a positive impression of the institute.

2. Lead Generation
Identify and qualify potential leads through telephonic conversations.
Maintain a database of prospective students and follow up on leads regularly.

3. Appointment Scheduling
Schedule appointments for interested individuals to visit the institute or attend information sessions.

4. Follow-up
Conduct follow-up calls with individuals who have expressed interest but have not yet enrolled.
Keep track of communication history and update records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

5. Feedback Collection
Gather feedback from students and parents about their experiences and concerns.
Communicate feedback to the relevant departments for continuous improvement.

6. Performance Objective
Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets set by the institute.

Qualification & Skills
A bachelor's degree in any relevant field is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
Ability to handle objections and provide persuasive responses.
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.

Working Hours: Monday - Saturday
10am To 7pm

Salary 1 Lac 75 Thousand To 2 Lac 50 Thousand P.A.
