Position Overview: Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at IFTDM (Institute of Film Training and Digital Marketing). The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our program, attract prospective students, and enhance the institute's brand awareness and reputation in the education industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing roles within the education sector, with a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this field.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to drive enrollment growth and achieve revenue targets for various programs offered by the institute.
Collaborate with key stakeholders, including academic departments, admissions team, and senior management, to understand program offerings, target audience demographics, and competitive positioning.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and competitor activities, and use insights to inform marketing strategy and decision-making.
Manage the institute's digital marketing channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, promotional materials, and content assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging objectives.
Plan and execute recruitment events, open houses, information sessions, and other promotional activities to engage with prospective students, parents, counselors, and other stakeholders.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including schools, colleges, universities, educational consultants, and industry associations, to expand outreach and referral networks.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, campaign effectiveness.
