Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Direct prospects to the field sales team when required
Enter and update customer information in the database
Take and process orders accurately
Handle customer grievances to maintain the companys reputation
Keep records of calls, sales, and other useful information
Conduct research to support ongoing lead generation efforts.
