Job Description for Admission/Education counselor Only 8 hours shift Flexible Sector-2, Noida (Nearest metro station - Noida, Sector-15)
Role:
1. To be able to make 100-120 outbound calls on daily basis.2. To answer the queries of the students by understanding their need and requirements.3. To explain the benefits of our partner courses to students.4. Asking appropriate probing questions to create a detailed profile of the student.5. To maintain the database by entering, verifying, and backing up data in the computer system.6. To be able to perform under a target-based environment.7. To be able to take admission and achieve targets.
Qualification:-1. Minimum qualification - (Persuing b.tech Or MBA Not allowed)2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills3. Proven experience as a telesales representative.4. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Work timings11am to 7 PM
