Educational Qualification and Experience: B com /M.com (Any Graduate with 5 Year of core experience in Accounts for the below mentioned profile. Preferred Experience in Service/ Trading

Salary: 300,000.00 to 400,000.00 /year
Job Location: Vaishali, Ghaziabad
Responsibilities and Duties
Ø Responsible for Accounts and Finance department of GAPL and all other sister concern companies
Ø Submission of daily, weekly and monthly MIS to management.
Ø Control on purchase and stores in term of cost , receiving of material and stock in hand.
Ø Control on invoicing and payment procedure as per company SOP.
Ø Monitoring & controlling of all utility expenses.
Ø Checking of work done by accounts executive.
Ø All banking-online payments, direct & indirect taxes payment.
Ø Maintaining the Fix Assets register and insurance.
Ø Checking of E-way Bill.
Ø Checking of all purchase bills, expenses bill, sale bills before posting.
Ø Followup with clients for accounts reco & payment.
Ø Tracking and control of AMC business including Invoicing and payments.
Ø Responsible for Payment to vender as per company procedure.
Ø Tds- deposit and return.
Ø Responsible for salary payments on time.
Ø Preparation of computation of income/employee advance for deductions from salary (tds & advances)
Ø Esic/pf - deposit & cordination with consultant.
Ø GST - deposit of tax, preparation of all type of return-3B, R1, R9.
Ø GSTR-2 (Purchase matching).
Ø Insurance- vehicle, office and assets.
Ø Tracking of all type of emi
Ø Blue print & gis complete accounting
Ø GIS GST
